The Pipes and Drums of the Chicago police perform during the Tori Clisham benefit at 115 Bourbon Street.

Officer Paul Clisham was a stand-up guy ready to help at a moment's notice & because of this hundreds of his friends & family members packed Bourbon Street to stand up for him.  The band was honored to participate in the "Hopes & Dreams for Tori" benefit.
